Warning: Thrips killer wanted

they're back or most likely they never left and went ninja on me. Last spray was on 12/3 with nuke em, which was following spinosad, neem oil and soap sprays, diabolicious(?!?!?) earth over a period of 10 days. Wtf is next?!?!? A gargoyle? Please help I'm all ears. 8 days into12/12, i think I just spotted the first pistils. Found thrips underside of leaves little white larva looking bastards, I think 1 is the same one that flipped me off 2 weeks ago...
any systemic lung friendly pesticide that would work on these punks?!?!?

I've had excellent results with Spinosad. I use a Mister and spray them 'till it drips off the plant. If you have to, spray them again the next day. I haven't used anything else that works better. "Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew" in particular.

Thanks King! I think my problem is lack of consistency. With my work, I'm so used to the weekly schedule (weekly landscape maintenance) that my brain is having a hard time wrapping its neurons around spraying 2 days in a row. But any god you wish be my witness I'll spray Spinosad tonight AND tomorrow!
