Wanna do a SoG

I'd like a little input on strains for a SoG. My thinking is it should be less branchy, grow relatively short, grow nice mains, and have a short flower time. The first two I can control some what, the second two I would like anyone's experience or knowledge of these characteristics. Probably an indica, since I want more dense.

I've looked a lot and read some but there are thousands to go through. So I thought, maybe it's easier to just ask here and see where it leads me.

RS I think the purpose of the srog is to keep all the bud sites at the same level so that the side branches get as big as the tops, I'm not sure if the strain matters,I just know people are getting fantastic results from them

If I was going to do a sog in my 4x4 area I would get 9 1 gal pots veg to the 4th node, top, and flip the light to 12-12,turn the fan on high and the dehumidifier to low. As to strain... I'd make a list of indicas with coolest names and throw a dart at it.

I have four strains I can start with. My buddy gave me all of his seeds along with his whole setup to grow. I have pineapple Express, pineapple Express x black diesel, pineapple Express x White widow, bc pinewarp x bubblegum.

So I decided to do 18 pineapple Express in sog (flowering my pineapple Express and two smaller bc pinewarp x bubblegum, lots of cuttings from the trim). I'm gonna use a double 150 watt hps hood I built. In a 2x3 area that's 50watts a square. I'll have to make shift a flower room out of the closet in the room I built (just about done) since both tents are being used for flower as of tonight.

II made three of the containers in the picture. They are 12 gallon, 3 inch pots. Probably two air stones per container. Canna nutes again with their boost. I'll do two weeks of veg after I see roots through the block.
