Voting day for Australia today.
Labour, liberal, greens etc etc but we also have the LCP legalise cannabis party. Come on!
I find it amusing that in Australias Capital Territory it's legal to grow and possess a restricted amount yet the rest of the country it's illegal... 🤔 What's good for the goose is good for the gander right..

Depends on what state your in, as far as I know it only becomes a criminal offence and risk of jail if you are commercially growing or dealing, although there's different charges and big fines for hydro setups ( especially if you're stealing electricity) compared to bush/outdoor. I've had bush plants cut down by authorities before they even in flower go out to water and they cut off at the base but no repercussions, and I once got a $400 fine for possession of an ounce but they let me keep my bong and what I had in my bowl haha.

The worst bit is the roadside drug tests and how unreliable the lick sticks are, you can test positive up to 48 hours after ingesting THC and you can also be baked AF and test negative, and if it's positive it's a 48 hour loss of licence until lab results from the test come back and if it's over a certain threshold it's a minimum 3 months loss of licence.

Any established government can be observed as ambiguous at best, but the absence of it is certain tyranny for a populace that seems hopelessly dependent upon others more than themselves.

Interesting. One of the house rules is no politics. I wonder if non-US politics pushes the spirit of the rule.
Our feds say no to drugs. States get to vote for themselves. Counties vote for themselves. Cities vote for themselves. Legal, I mean. People been selling dope since there was dope to sell.

People still steal it even after it goes fully legal. There’s always aholes regardless of the law
I have yet to hear of a case where the cops were called after plants were stolen, but I suppose they could be
