Vivosun VS2000 LED dimmable switch options - need guidance

Does anyone using this light have advice for the intensity settings in the flowering stage? Both the Vivosun website and the light's User Manual highlight the dimming control feature saying "0-100% light dimming for different growth stages." But they don't give any guidance as to recommended settings. I've read elsewhere that higher light intensity makes for better bud development but I'm also a bit worried about the heat level in the grow environment. I'm growing 3 plants in 2x4 tent and they are in week 3 of the flowering stage. Temperature nears 85F during the 12-hour light cycle. I expect that if I lower the intensity it won't get so hot.
 
My manufacturer also has recommendations about dimming at different stages. The only settings I use are 'On' and 'Off.'
Do you have fans going? Is your tent open or closed at 85°?
 
I have two 6" circulating fans and a 4" inline duct fan. The high temperatures are reached when the light is on and the tent is closed.
 
Your situation may not let you, but the only way you're going to bring the temperature down is to open the tent.
 
Found what you're looking from the Vivosun site. How Far Away Should Grow Lights Be? | VIVOSUN.​ About half way down there is a section "Recommendation of light height and dimming level for different growing stage of cannabis" which lists

now, just to decipher where the line is drawn between Early Flowering stage and Late Flowering stage. I don't see that in the article. Thoughts?
