I have the Viziosun 5 gal fabric bags and have used them for a couple grows no problem. They are not the same material as geopots ( I have them too), and smart pots, but they have lasted just as long.
for outdoor with photoperiod plants I would suggest as big as you can, the bigger the roots the bigger the plant, the bigger the yield.
if it's a Autoflower a 5 or 7 gallon will probably be more then enough.

Outdoor = how big you want them to grow- how big you make the pot. 5 Gallon wouldnt seem enough for me outdoors. If my focus was an outdoor grow using mother nature as my flower flipper- and I had several months of veg, id be using 10G -15G or larger depending on strain, and ability to legally grow

I grew 3 photos in 5 gal. Fabric pots this past summer thay wound up 12’ high at harvest and I topped at the sixth node and lsted the hell out of them and supercroped them to. Just b carful what u wish for, ( hard to hide ) lol. It may b legal but watch out for thieves.

I also agree with be careful what you wish for. In the end. I always seem to wish I had a bigger pot after a nice grow but space also has its issues

iam ok with space for 15,20,or 30 gallons
iam planing to plant 6 or 7 seeds hope it does not smell to bad for my neighbours as for thieves i also should be ok
