It's funny, I've heard growers on reddit talk about anti-oxygen packs that you put in with your weed that remove all oxygen, so you don't need to open the jars. But that seems the opposite of what I understand. I feel like you actually would want something that adds oxygen slowly, if you're trying to replace air exchange.
Random stoner thought... What if we think it's oxygen that matters, but it's actually some other gas in the air that makes buds cure better. Like air is 78% nitrogen. What if it's that curing buds needs nitrogen gas, and that's actually what's running out in the jar until we burp?
Then any stuff we're doing to try to change oxygen levels is actually us going down the totally wrong path.
