First thing I would do is remove all the dead. Looks to me like bud rot, Trifecta Crop Control is said to be safe to harvest but pricey. Air flow, reduced RH, thinning the under and inside of the plant, no leaf touching another, let the soil dry tween watering.

I agree looks like ground was kept wet not allowed to dry between waterings or feed. If that's on the main stalk and the whole plant is involved if it were mine i'd cut it.
