Vipaspectra 450 vs HLG 100

I’ve got two 450s in my 2x4x5 tent and they put off a pretty good amount of heat. I end up running my exhaust on high for all of flowering. My electricity bill is about $45 per month. The 450s say they draw is 200w. These HLG 100 boards say they are equivalent to a 200HID, with only 95w draw. Does a 200w HID have 200w draw?

I’m thinking of doing one last LED upgrade and selling off the 450s, but I’m not sure if two HLG100s would be equivalent. The lower electric cost and heat output is my main reason.

Consider Chilled Logic V2 pucks- dimmable:

I have switched over from all MarsHydro's to the chilledlogic/opitc XL.
It reduced the power draw/consumption/cost by 50% with only a 10% loss in yields.(I should yield better - as I gain more experience under these lights)
The bud quality is much better, too.

I can always add a third fixture for more yield in the 2x4x6 tent in the future if needed.
