Viparspectra or t5 high output?

What is better for seed to veg plants, led or t5? Thanks.

I've had great success with T5s, 6400K. A nice bright light that doesn't put out much heat, and they come in a variety of lengths and widths to fit your needs. Switched to Vipraspectra LEDs for bloom cycle. The Vipraspectra does have two switched thought to control the color of light you want.

Here are autos under t5. Absolute beautiful plants right now. I do both. Smaller plant is skunk. The two bigs are blueberry. Ignore the bushes

late stage auto amnesia haze grown under led and the blues and skunk autos

skunk smaller. Two longer are blues who i stretched nicely under the t5s
