Viparspectra LED 2x 300w enough for flowering?

Hello everyone!
I am growing for the the first time and i have made a dwc set up with 2x20L pots.My setup is:

1mx1mx2m growing tent - 2x300w Viparspectra Leds - 1xCan fan RK125L / 350 m3/h - 1x25cm oscillating fan - a/c 9000btu (Into the main room outside of the growing tent)

I have some questions for anyone willing to help.
1)Are my 2x300w Viparspectra Leds enough for flowering?They don't have the extra bloom switch like some newer models.
2)Do i have to keep the exhaust fan on 24h?Even when the lights are off?Or an osc fan will be enough for some hours?
3)Is it possible to exhaust the air from the grow tent into the main room area and use the a/c in the main room to control the general intake air temperature? Am i going to have poor air quality?

1)- yes
2)- I keep it on 24hrs to bring in fresh air and exhaust spent air, even when lights are off- also keep the osc fan going 24hrs as well.
3)- yes, you will need a filter for improved air quality/smell

Is the filter mandatory for the air quality in addition to the smell problems?
