Your tent is about like mine an I use a 6 inch 440cfm exaust fan, and 2 six inch intake fans and my tent has good negative pressure, tent sucks in good, I might have a little more than I need but I'd rather have to much than not enough.
As long as your tent has negative pressure you ought to be good to go, if your tent doesn't suck in your gonna have a smell problem. Hope that helps some.

Your tent size calls for a 160cfm fan, if thats a 4" Ventech its rated at 190 cfm more than enough for your tent,,,,,,also just a heads up I had a Ventech 4" exhaust fan for my first grow and half way thru the bearings seized, I came home after work and my house had a nasty electrical smell from the seized fan.Keep an eye on it. I bought a 4" Amagabel on Amazon, its much quieter and so far no issues. Good Luck
