Vegetative heat stress

I just put my first 1 gallons in veg room at my new place, since the basement is really cold I had to put a heater in the room, the first heater I bought was not shutting off when the room reached the temp so when I was at work the next day they got heat stressed. There is not that much info out there on vegetative stage heat stress. After that I fed them and the run off was kinda high..I let them dry out and then transplanted them into 3 gallons, the bottom leaves look pretty good but I don’t see that much new growth.. will these veg plants recover fully? Any suggestions are welcomed. Peace, plants ✌️

Here’s my plants after the transplant

Welcome to GWE
How hot did they get?
It may take a few days after the transplant for them to get over it.
I had the same issue with my heater, I put it on a thermostat and motor starter, set the heater on high and it now shuts off via the thermostat.

Welcome Ambyr sorry about the heat damage on the tops. I would not remove anything now until you see the other fan leaf healthy. A full plant photo would help not just top view, sorry that looks like it's toasted. Are those photo period plants?

Welcome to GWE.

83 isn’t too bad. But it looks like it was blowing right on the plant...which is a no-no.
Those leaves might relax back to normal shape, but either way, you want to leave them in place since they are currently the end of the branch. If they don’t recover, leave them be until there is a few sets of new mature leaves towards the tip of the branch.

I too am using a small heater. The dial thermostat on it was very temperamental. I fixed the problem with a Digiten WTC200 wireless temperature controller bought on Amazon for 30 bucks. It works great.
