In veg, should I run my SF4000 lights 24 hrs. or 18/6?

Dealer's choice. imo most living things need a rest period.

I've come to the conclusion that I grow best at 18/6. Agree, plants need a rest period.

With autos I can tell a difference under 24hrs of light. Photos I can’t and plants seem healthier when they get some rest. Plus it’s less electricity
