Using Canna Coco A without B

Hey,

So I accidentally used Canna Coco A twice. Poured a double dose of Coco A in my rez. Didn't want to add B cause of high ppm.
Is it bad to use one without the other? Didn't want to waste the nutrients so I went with it. Planning on using double dose of B next time I feed.
Am I gonna die?

PS has anyone ever slapped a full flexi tank? Feels very satisfying, therapeutic.
 
Look at the labels' NPK numbers:
  • Coco A NPK Formula: 4-0-1
  • Coco B NPK Formula: 0-4-2
You gave your plants a double dose of nitrogen and no phosphorous. Now you seem to be contemplating giving them a double dose of phosphorous with no nitrogen.

I guess I can understand not wanting to "waste the nutrients," but you are potentially imperiling your entire grow just to save a few pennies.

Dump the reservoir and refill with the right nutrient mix. Problem solved. ;)
 
Too late man, lol. Well at least I'm smarter now and try not to make accidents in the future. I'll flush in a few days once the coco in pots dries.
At least Cannazym and Rhizotonic should compensate a little for the lack of phosphorous with a NPK ratio of 0-2-1 and 0.6-0.2-0.6.

Dumping the rez and refilling is kind of a problem for me. I have a 100L rez and using RO filtered water. I have no way to dump the water except drain to 10L buckets and do a few runs up and down the stairs in my house and refilling the rez takes 3-4 days. Low water pressure. Doable but a pain in the ass.

So have you? Slapped a full flexi tank I mean, hehe
 
You might be being penny wise and pound foolish letting a double, possibly toxic dose of nitrogen sit there for a week while the plant is starved for phosphorous, but it's your grow. Do keep an eye on the leaf tips for N burn...

It occurs to me that you could dump just half the reservoir, and then add the part B nutes...

Day 25 for the AutoMazars and day 16 for the rest.

A really clumsy mistake tbh. Once I poured the A solution into the rez, I put back the bottle beside the B solution bottle and FRIGGIN GRABBED THE A SOLUTION AGAIN.
Plants look healthy tho after a mild flush.
 
I sure hope your plants can handle it, only time will tell, like by tomorrow evening, you'll be able to see any damage, if it's bad.

All it takes is a moment's inattention. You don't even gotta be high, just distracted. I have dumped two batches of nutes after not being sure which of four bottles I poured from or if I made an arithmetic mistake. :P
 
That might be your problem, I can't do sh-t straight, I gots to have a good buzz going all times, my plants want even let me in there straight. They know I'll mess up.
