Morning Jamie, I don't know how often you are watering -feeding them, or how close your light is, or if your using cal-mag or not, but that looks like potassium deficiency to me.
But I ain't that good of a plant doctor either, unles they are mine, and I still ain't that good.
But GWE ,has got a bunch of coco growers, that know what your problem is, and can help you better than I can.
But good luck with them anyway.

I agree with D.A.A.S.69. Looks more like a Potassium deficiency. Potassium deficiencies usually have that yellowing of the leaf margins, followed by brown spotting. Good luck with your plant.

And how can he get rid of that?? Can he flush with plain pH water then start again.. There's about 3/4 weeks flower left??

I think it is Potassium Lock Out!
It seems very likely that EC is way too high - Locking out Potassium and causing "burn" symptoms.
I assume you do not have an EC/PPM meter, if you do... Let me know inflow and run-off numbers.
If you don't have EC meter, I recommend flushing now with flushing agent - and resume feeding 12 hours later.

Better to flush with a flushing agent, but if not an option, yes, flush with a whole lot of pHed water.

Nute levels are too high NOT TOO LOW. This can cause potassium to lock out and become unavailable even though it is added. Too much potassium causes it to become unavailable!
The other symptoms are also caused by high nute levels. Its not that the plant is getting to much nutrition, it is that the water added is so salty that the plant cannot absorb it through osmosis. I discuss this and other issues in my Coco guide and you or your friend might benefit from it. Link is in my post below in signature.
