Upside down taproot

One of the seeds i have germinated for my next run poped ok but one is upside down and the tap root is pointing up and out the jiffy puck, verry gently i have put taproot the right way with tweezers and softly coverd back up, was this the right thing to do and fix my problem???

Next time you start a seed, be sure you face it point end DOWN.
