HELP! Unusual fungus disease like Coral Spot or Cranker found on fruit tress

Has anybody found something to manage this disease, I'm trying Liquid Copper it seems to be helping but still not gone. Yes they were in a damp environment but not now. The pictures are when i first noticed it.

Had you not suggested that is a disease, I would have said they are roots waiting to happen. First picture, anyway. I don't have the sciencey word for it.
 
Can you show pictures of the roots? It might be nematodes. How about a picture of the whole plant and maybe something with leaf and bud.
What is your grow medium?
 
First pic requires no treatment at all. Just leave it.

Second pic I can't make out what it is.
 
To the added pictures in the first post...
The third picture looks like a gnarly trunk that has had leaves removed. Maybe some scale? Healed scratches? Where on your plant is that section?
The fourth picture... how did you get the roots out of the soil and so well cleaned? They look hydroponic. Otherwise, the picture shows something but is still blurry.
Honestly, to me, I'm looking at four different plants with four different questions. How about that whole plant shot in a new post?​
