Unknown lighter spots

Hey guys,

It’s my first grow in about 5 years and I’ve ran into a problem I haven’t seen before. The lower leaves are developing these lighter green spots that almost look like a layer of the leaf got shaved off. I’m almost positive they weren’t here last week, and I noticed them after a res change. PH and the roots are good so I’m confused on what this could be. The smaller plant is about a week younger and will be moved to a new space soon.

SF4000 LED
Temp ranges from 68 at night to 83 during the day.
humidity is around 45-55

I also did just pull out my air pump and there was a weird gunk on the hose. The roots were wrapped around the power plug so I had to finesse the roots off of it

I could see that. I did add a little more ph down than usual, but it was around 6. Then again.. my nutes are a little old. I’ll double check the PH when I get home. Thanks

It was a magnesium deficiency along with a couple others. The built up gunk from the water pump raised the ph to about 8 so I cleaned and refilled the res.

hi Dominok56 its good to know youve sorted it out ...best of luck with ya plant ... ,mac

PS what is your weed ,,i can see by the leaves its indica or indica hybrid .just wanna know what it is ..thanks ,,

Thanks! I appreciate you checking back in.

The baby is Sunset Sherbet and the big one is Green Crack. Both hybrids, but I believe SS is Indica dom and GC leans towards sativa.
