These brown spots just appeared today. As you can see in the pics they resemble maybe Nitrogen deficiency. Any help is appreciated.

My grow is:
Girl Scout Cookies
Using Fox Farms Ocean Farm Soil and
Fox Farms Grow Big Nutrients
Using 1000w LED at 18.5 inches away
Last watering was at 6.0ph with nuteeients

Are you checking PH, going in and run off? I am not a good source for diagnosing issues but learned on this grow that PH can cause problems that look like other issues. I would start with PH...

If ur useing fox farm soil and nutes how long did u wait to 1st start adding nutes and how often do u add nutes and what's ur dose u could be also giving nute burn as ff soil is very hot with nutes

I have had this same issue with a fox farm. It was a ph isssue. Check the ph of your run-off and it will probably be high. If it is ph at 6.0 for a while till it comes down to around 6.5. A little Cal/Mag like Canuck said too.

On top of what everyone else has already said, a 1000W LED is very powerful, and 18" is about as close as many LEDs can get. Since this is just a seedling, maybe try raising the light up a half a foot and see if the symptoms stop spreading?

You mentioned the water is going in at 6 pH, but what is the pH of the water coming out the bottom?

So I tested the run off water and I'm getting a Ph of 4.3. I think I will flush with Ph 7.0 water and see if it helps. I'll also look for the Cal-Mag as well. Thanks guys and gals. I'll keep you updated.

UPDATE

So I flushed it with Ph 7 water and after 2 days shr seems to be cheering up. She got very droopy at first but it's going away slowly. Going to wait a couple more days for the soil to dry up more and then feed with water and CalMag. I'll keep posting updates.

Thanks for all the help.

No Cal-Mag used just keeping Ph at above 6.0 trimmed off the dead leaves and she seems to be doing great.

Thanks everyone for the help. I'll post an update if things get worse. For now I'll keep updating my original post. (My First Grow with LED). Suggestions are always welcone though.
