HELP! Twisted mottled leaves

I would start with a double-check of all the basics,
The levels I state below are "just a guideline" that I use for myself, in DWC only, and I wouldn't expect any adverse symptoms, such as the photos you've shown, if I keep within these ranges.
Environment: light height/intensity, temperature, 24 degrees C - 28 degrees C, humidity, 50%-60%, air intake/exhaust sufficiency, no fans blowing too hard or directly on the plant
Nutrients: pH (5.5-6.2), EC (1.2-1.6 in veg), airstone/pump functioning correctly, airspace between net pot and nutrient level, etc.
root health; colour, slime/pythium, insect larvae within the root ball, etc
One more thing I recently learned the hard way is the compatibility of nutrients. Try not to mix different brands, and try not to use too many additives, as it can make things a bit more complicated,
Stick with the basics.
I'm interested as to what might be causing this myself, so please let us know what you discover.

Im with geeza, go back and check the basics … i Think your ph is off. I use advance nutrients and even though most of the time i get very close to the correct ph it can be off sometimes. With advanced nutes you check ph after you add them ,Wayzee, regardless of water type it will balance the ph but you still have to double check. It seems the one thing the OP hasn't done.

Mmm Ive used advanced pH perfect before aswell, and Im not convinced .. I wonder how can a measured dose of chemical adjust pH to a specific number for everyone when the starting number can vary so much if you know what I mean, like if your water pH is 7 and mine is 5 and we both put in 2ml of nutes per litre of water how do we both end up at 5.8 ? .. I think if this was possible every nutrient manufacturer would have similar product. And yes you should always check pH last with any brand.

What is isn and dwc? I’m looking to switch nutes after these run out. My friend is making compost soo I’m hoping i won’t need ant but i need to learn how to make sure the compost is good for my plants. I don’t know much even though I’ve tried to look it up numerous times

ISN is a brand of nutrients mainly for growing in dwc systems. ive used my own home made compost for outdoor with everything in it from animal carcasses and guts, banana peels, tea bags, ash from hardwood, rabbit and chook shit and the old bedding out of their enclosures, and mixed it in with just garden soil from local hardware store and the plant absolutely boomed. For indoor I personally think I'll stick with purpose made soil from hydro shops to try avoid any nasties being introduced through the dirt/compost.
