turning plants

I'm growing in a 1.5 x 1.5 x 2 metre tent is it best to turn the plants to try and get equal light through the plant or not?

I turn mine and they seem to like it. Low stress training helps give extra light to shaded parts of the plant

If I’m only growing one or two plants I don’t move them much. Due to the reflection inside the tent it’s not really necessary in my opinion. If I’m growing several plants I’ll rotate them daily because the lights always stronger directly underneath

I spin my pots around every few days. They seem to like it. Not sure if its actually doing anything but what the hell, it keeps me busy. 😅

I turn mine every day or so. Not sure if it doesn’t anything but hey

I do it all the time it's also the time to inspect the plant while you swap spaces

I roll min out and until I start tying it down will spin the net pot in the tote, the tote has to face forward for drainage and auto top off system. But once I start tying, its there to stay. I can not say if it helps the plan or not but it allows me to spin the plant around to give me the best options on tying it down.

i turn mine daily also use ph soil tester 4in1 put it above each plant gives an idea of light strengh above each plant

I also turn mine frequently. Helps get light into the foliage. The process of turning also provides the opportunity to closely examine the plant for defoliation and LST. If one side is growing taller then the other, then turning the plant allows the weaker side to catch up.

Mine are turned by the planet, ok I cant turn then they have roots grown into the earth. That what I get for using small 20+ gallon pots on the ground.
I read somewhere a person was setting up turn tables with top and side lighting, to set the plants on and rotate all the time the lights are on. Sounds like a lot of trouble to me. LOL
