trying to get the right size of pot that holds 5 gallons of soil of amzon

can some one send me a link for 5 gallon grow bags i have bought grow bags before on amzon and they were smaller than advertised i need them to hold 5 gallons of soil lol i dont want the wrong size coming again lol any help would be appreciated thanks [h=3][/h]

They would be#5s.#5 = 5 gallon pot.#7= 7 gallon pot and so on.

I use 7-gallon bags and fold the top down. You can get 5 actual gallons into a 5 gallon bag, but it would be right to the top and probably spill. If you need 5 gallons of medium then go with 7 gallon bags.

Yeah, I use those bags, but I don't care for the handles, they always get in the way, if you are crowded.
Easily can tell when the roots are damp, by just feeling the bottom of the bag. They work just as well as SmartPots to me, plus way cheaper.

oldjarhead100 I have only used the light brown, so haven't had opportunity to notice a difference. I try not to put anything that absorbs light like that in my tent. I even cover most of my coco with reflectors while the lights are on. It's just about creating as much reflectivity and using as much light as possible. I really like the bags.
D.A.A.S.69 I folded the top edge down to get the handles out of the way, which works because I never move them... scissors would be another good option!

Me thinks I am going for the light brown bags which are designated heavy duty. I might get an extra grow out of them for just $2.00 more. Campesino's logic is right on about the color as well. Thanks again to oldjarhead, and campesino for their input.

I ordered some as well doesn't hurt to try them, they look taller and thinner so they would save room, I ordered 7 gallon bags, what happened in this thread is so common on the forum someone posts a question and we all walk away with new knowledge thanks Jak397 I hope you found your answer
