SOIL Troubled Plant

I have some leaves growing funny.
This will be my 5th grow in four years. Seems like this plant has started out with a few issues. Couple weeks ago the leaves started to look a little shiny. I started with 3 seeds from same strain Gorilla Glue #4. I use fresh Fox Farms Ocean Forest every grow. The other two plants are completely without any problems. I just repotted 2 days ago with them spending only 3 weeks in the smaller pot. A small amount of root bound showing. They are in 5 gallon pots now.
If anyone has any thoughts I would welcome the help.

I've had some experience growing GG4 and I think your leaves are looking a bit paler than the typical dark green of that strain. Have you given them any nitrogen? If you recently repotted they will probably come around once the roots begin to draw from the new soil.
