Yes the SOBs returned to one of my flowering girls. Saw the first tell tale signs. Dried snot on 2 of the leaves. I imediatlly misted the entire grow with Spinosat. The pisser is that I've been super careful about keeping everything clean. Bad thing is you can't tell they are there until you see signs on your plant. Is all out war now. "What's the spirit of the mister?" "TO KILL". I took a picture of one of the leaves. Maybe you can see the snot trail. The other pic. is the plant that is effected. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Is suppose to be Thrips. Helps if I knew how to spell.

Commiserations, bugs suck so bad. I'm sure you'll win the war.
I had an almost impossible infestation of spider mites on my very first grow, nearly made me give up growing before I got started ... nearly : )

Spinosad is the drug of choice to kill those little bastards.

I would add diatomaceuos earth to the top of your soil.

It does an amazing job of control- and is as easy as shaking grated cheese on pizza!

They are persistent. I was super careful not to contaminate my new grow but still ended up with a few spider mites. I've done a couple treatments with spinosad but I keep finding a new leaf with mites every other day.

Its truly exhausting... mentally and physically.

I think I caught it early enough. I checked all my other plants and I don't see any signs. As Weed Pharma suggested, I dust my soil with Diatomaceous Earth as a preventative. All it takes is one of the little bastards. If you know the signs, then they are easy to spot. I mist them again tomorrow. We see.

I gave them another dose of Spinosat this morning. I will check them again tonight. I think I'm winning.

I can't wait til I harvest and OCD my tent, replace ducts, and wipe tent down with every chemical I have. This is my first with Thrips...not horrible but some. Worse than a STD. Hang in there Kingfish .

Just the thought of pests in my garden lingers in the mind. I've been smoking a lot lately.....

GD spider mites....

The key is: you have to find them early, not like I did last time and hope they go away. I just saw them yesterday on one plant on just a few leaves, and took action right away. At least is not The Borg. Is The Klingons.

Nugs, if you don't have a sprayer, get one. Solo 418 One-Hand Pressure Sprayer, 1-Liter
by Solo, Inc. They are worth their weight in gold when it comes to covering your plant.
