Trimming

Plant is 7 weeks in blooming, here is 2 photos, top and bottom, can I trim up the bottom, pistils are still white

Lollipop it, then defoilate whats left. It will help with yeild and quality of. The lower 1/3 indoors does not generally get as much light as the top 2/3 Unless its outdoors.

Indoors generally the lower 1/3 will have airy buds.

You could do whatever you want, it's your plant.

Just an opinion: Do nothing but water and wait for harvest, losing anymore leaves will only reduce yield. Leave the bottom nugs on, they will ripen with the rest of the plant.
