Trimming question?

So I will have limited time to trim since it will be 3 am most likely, so I was thinking, could I trim completely On the day Of the harvest, say dusk? so I harvest it when it's completely trimmed?

You can do anything you want on the day of harvest. The plants are done. That does sound like a tough way to trim though.
