Trimming bud rot

If I remove 1 or 2 affected buds and then dry the remaining on that cola is it safe or will there be mold etc. still left?
 
Doing this right now as I harvest, I've found a few small brown spots that I've had to cut around, lost a few buds so far but nothing serious.
