Trim and cure question

I used to leave a little leaf on the but cause the trics on them. I read that leaves should be trimmed cause that will be a smother smoke after curing. The trimmed buds ive seen look much a much tighter cut than i am doing and would advise.

Also I have a bubblator from my old school days but cant remember if i would let the trim dry and then process or do it right away. I am harvesting in stages so I dont have much trim to run as of yet and was wonder.

last question if im in target zone of humidity for curing do i still burb?

How much you trim is a matter of personal preference,I used to leave the sugar leaves on until I got the bubble bags to make hash,now I use all the trim and small buds for hash

with the bubble bags do you let the trim dry or do when ever you get the chance, or make hash right after trimming?

I let it dry out in a paper bag and then I freeze it

If you’re using dry trim for bubble hash, ideally you would dry and cure it just like the bud you smoke, and then run it. Yes you can freeze it for a day or two before you wash it, just be careful not to crush it up when frozen as that will create contamination in the hash.
You can also run it fresh after harvest , freeze it first. Fresh frozen can be harder to work with but can also have more cannabinoids and terps if done right.
It’s all mostly a matter of preference , many ways to do things that can yield good results

I’m lucky to have space and equipment for a good dry, and we all have to work with the setup we have. However paper bag drying is not optimal. Maybe that’s just the trim your doing in a bag, but there are better ways.
