Hi,

I had posted something similar last week but I now have microscope images, which I didn't the last time.

1st grow. Images taken from secondary colas and not the main one.

99 days from seed. Autoflower Northern lights.

Is she cooked?

Am I seeing over 10% amber?

Should I be chopping in the next 10 days?

I see amber on the leaves but not necessarily on the buds. The buds are the one you want to be looking at. It does look like you have a good amount of milky, so you likely only have a few weeks left. Like Canuck147 said, start sharpening that axe!

I'd say that they are ready, anytime you are.
Nice job, I just wrote on another post about how slow NLights autos are at finishing, the ones I grew came from Nirvana, the earliest I ever harvested was after 90days, most being close to 100days before they were done.
Yours look just like the way we like em, here at the house.
I wouldn't wait to long, if your planning on waiting,

2nd picture down is one of the lower bud sites. Not even a secondary cola (I don't want to go off the main ones) if you zoom in on the bud can you the see gold? (maybe I am wishing it there 😂)

Cheers bud. Am thinking 7 to 10 day flush starting tomorrow. Because its an indica am conscious of not letting it go too gold, I like a couch lock but I also like being able to converse 😂

I'm seeing more milky and clear in the second pic, but the lower buds usually develop slightly behind the top colas. Trichomes will continue to mature slightly as the plant is hang dried. So, I usually wait for a bit of amber to be obvious and then chop.
