Trichomes in week 2 of flowering ?

i'm a bit perplexed this morning, one of my Nepal Jam girl is showing a bit of trichomes on her sugar leaf at the beginning of the flowering stage... I switched to 12/12 only 9 days ago !! Am I dreaming ? She is a Sativa Nepal Highland crossed with a Jamaican 85 from Ace. She still has 8 more weeks to go.
