Are these pics good enough to determine what stage they are in? Some of the popcorn plants that seemed ready are now regrowing buds bigger.

The pics are good enough to tell they are in flower , but if you want to look at trichomes you gotta make em bigger

7vicsmcc It ain't the easiest business to look at triches unless you have really expensive equipment, which I think most of us don't. I use a 120x handheld plastic microscope, I take off my glasses, I get it to the right focus, and then I just look closley at various bud sites--not the leaves, but the buds. It's always going to move around at such a high magnification, but I get to see the triches up close. I can definitely see if they are swelling, cloudy or clear.

This one plugs into my computer, and I use this when I snip a piece off the growing plant. I can just lay the piece down and really fine tune the magnification, look at different parts of the bud, etc.

You have a couple if weeks left until they're cloudy. Mine are much clearer than yours. You need to get a high res cam to
post those kinds at f shots though.
