Transplant? Too early?

Just curious if y’all think she’s ready for transplant. And when do you personally transplant and why?

I would wait another week or so.

I plant in the final spot/pot or not, so I almost never transplant anymore.
The rule of thumb I read was, when the leaves grow over the side of the pot, it's time.

If you see root tips coming out of the holes you put in the bottom of the cups for drainage, they are ready for transplant.
