Take any advice, plant is in , last day of 3 weeks transition plant went from 15 inches tall to 28 inches,in 3 weeks, let me know if , I need to do anything more to help it, Added 2 extra lights, I cannot add anymore, So let me know thank you

Like 9finger said, I'd add that you can tuck your big fan Leaf down to help light penetrate you don't have to remove them just push them down daily.

Very nice looking plant.
That light looks awfully close, I'd be concerned with light burn. If you got room raise the light or tie the plant down a little bit.

I tried supercropping on my colas that I thought were taller. I didn't do a very good job but it did even them out with the others more so. you could try pinching and bending that main between the 4th and 5th.
