I topped her and tried to LST her and almost killed her but I think she's grown from when I first posted her pic here

You might want to transplant into bigger pot...

And pull that top down again and secure it so it does not grow back straight like that..

Very healthy looking...

nenoboxer, theirs no way that the plants should be able to catch up always keep moving lights up as the plant grows.
