Does anyone trade seed on this forum?
I'm not a breeder (yet). I do not have seed I can give away, unfortunately.

I thought trading feminized photos might be a cool way to spread genetics around. Especially since they can be cloned.
 
SoOrbudgal I have 4 left from a 10 pack of mango sherbet feminized by Humboldt seeds. So no it would not be a sealed package.

I purchased them last year from a local grow shop.

Ok. So I need to make a correction. I've taken four of these seed to harvest. So 4/4 so far. I planted three more a few days ago. That's a total of seven. But I have four seeds left. It should be three That was confusing the hell out of me. I guess, Humboldt put an extra seed in their 10 pack.

Anyhow, if these three I have planted all germinate that will be 7/7. And I will feel good about trading them for another feminized photo, preferably indica leaning.

It's fine Mollisol those i'd work in but i really don't need any seeds i'm going to run a bunch i've been saving i've got alot of gifted seeds.
 
These are the ones I have that are from a seed bank, all seed supreme and come in these packages. All I have grown successfully but not to the genetics capability I'm sure.
Photo Period Pure Indica 4 OG Kush 2 Bubblegum 2 Haze 2 (Free)-NTH 3 Auto- Lemon Haze 4 Grape Octane 2

All The others i have are from individuals from the GWE forum and have out performed all of the ones from the banks. This seed bank seed supreme had the best ratio of germination and survival for MY experience as a indoor grower.

I got a few seeds I could part with for the right trade. I wouldn't mind parting with 2x 4L(8oz) C-Vaults and 1x 2L(4oz) C-Vault for the right price or seed trade.

Nothing all that impressive. Most I've already grown and don't have any interest in growing them in the near future but I don't want the seeds to go bad. They should be good for at least 3 years since I keep them in a fridge with dry packs in there. The GSC and the Tangie seeds I recently grew were over a year old and they were just fine. Proper storage is everything.

Just popped a seed that's about 8yo...and its growing. Mind you there's another 10 or so that didn't pop. I need to pop a few of these so going back to h²o². Lucky I have lots of these
 
Yeah that's why I store them in the fridge. I hear some ppl freeze them too for even longer preservation. Like that world seed bank, Svalbard. There's probably viable seeds from extinct plants under the permafrost just waiting patiently and hopefully in the right spot to live again. Life seems to find a way if given the chance.
 
3000yo + seed has been successfully germinated, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't cannabis.

Pollen can last a couple of grows in the freezer. The biggest problem I've had in the past with it is the slightest air movement and it disappears never to be seen again.
