Hey guys, when i stick my finger in soil for about an inch to check if watering is needed, roots usually come out and i touch them, do u think it may hurt roots and plant ?

it doesn't hurt mine it just means your plant is very healthy i dont think I would pull them out when I pull my finger out though good luck
