Topsoil

So it's time that I transplant now but I'm out of topsoil I'm hoping it'll be all right to just use some dirt from the backyard if this is a bad idea somebody let me know
 
Definitely not recommended! You may unknowingly introduce a bacteria that could contaminate your grow space and reek havoc on any plants you have.
 
I have baked soil to kill off the bad things, but it also kills the good things. We also have no idea what your soil is, I have several types of "soil" on my place, some good some not so good.
I myself plant outside, my 10 footer was in wild soil last year. Was there bugs, yep grasshoppers and stink bugs, dont forget the bore worms.
 
I brought in my outside house plants last fall and got something chewing on my plants in the tent in the same room soon afterward.
