Topping and lst vs just lst

I'm wondering if it is really worthwile to top if your only going to top once or should I just LST? The girls are getting big enough that if I top I will do so in the next couple of days.

I agree to top then LST both sides. It will spread the canopy out more than just LST, IMO. How long you want to veg is a factor too as topping will slow your veg progress down a bit.
