Top heavy colas

What do you all do to keep ur plants from falling over when they get top heavy? If I tie them up together then they'll get bunched up and overlap each other also worried about getting light to the lower bud sites. Any suggestions or ideas.

You can kinda tell in this pic what I'm dealing with but all 4 of my plants are like this.

I like the idea of plant yoyo’s, especially if you are growing in a tent.

Stake them with bamboo or some kind of thin stick; you don't want them breaking.
