You can take moisture away but you can't really add it back. Drying removes terpenes, they give your cannabis aroma and flavor.

The Boveda humidifier packs can bring it back to a degree, I use the Cvault I cured for 4 weeks then half went to freezer and half to Cvault they come out real close other then the frozen bud takes a little sitting before smoking. I use the 62% pack it came with the vault.
