Looking at photo of plant. I would say not quite yet. But looking at a bit of leaf off the main cola under high magnification maybe Yes?

That one still has a good amount of white pistols sticking out. Check the top flowers of the plant and a few midway down the stems, not the leaves. If it was my plant it would be getting plain water by now but I wouldn’t cut it just yet

Plant has been on water 4 days. My 1st grow. Not sure which strain. Started out with 7 plants. 2 strawberry gelato. 2 Bubba Cush. 2 Grandi Guava and 1 white widow.. Had to whack all but 1. (males). From bag seed. That is what I was waiting for. The white pistols on the top cola to change color and curl in.

They look clear but also Amber. If you want the heady uplifting High you go for all cloudy, if you want the body, couchlock high you go for more amber. Are those leaves or bud? Leaves will turn Amber before buds soo always check the buds. If those are buds and if it was mine, i would harvest cuz it looks like you went past the cloudy stage already
