Tincher How to? And week 8 or day 60

So my friend gave me about 5 lbs or more of trimmings off his last harvest which was Sunday so 2 days ago i wanna make them into Tinchers I can get Everclear right at my local liqueur store.. so how do i do it grind up all the leaves or chop up in blender put in mason jar fill with ever clear and shake every day for a month? whats the best way i put the leaves in the freezer for now but just wondering the process on it. Also an 8 week grow is only 54 days do you guys use that timeline or use the 60 day timeline... my buddys last grow went 78 days so is it based on the plants or is it based on a timeline? mine could have 9 days left or 13 left depending on that time line... anyway these are some of my daily thoughts

Dunno about tinctures(that's what you meant right?) but count the days to harvest from the day you flip the lights to 12/12. So 8 weeks is 56 days. I hope I understood your question correctly.

There is a very detailed page on the GWE website that includes a video on how to make Tincture (RSO - Rick Simpson Oil) with Everclear. http://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-extract-hash-oil As for timeline - I wish it was as easy as counting the days, but a plant is going to be ready for harvest when it wants to and not when the calendar says it should be. There is also a ton on info on the GWE site on how to tell you are ready for harvest. I recommend the method of looking at trichomes with a magnifier.

I have 30x jewelers loupe and a 60x-120x microscope. i have been checking them every few days. Also yes i meant tinctures from what i can tell RSO and tinctures are different i think the tincture is more a liquid and not a oil you put it in a bottle with a drop and put a few drops on or under your tongue.. not looking for RSO looking for tincture recipe.

Tika is the Queen of Tinctures! I tried her method with trim from last grow and it works very well!! I'm hesitant to get 190 proof around ANY heat source!
