Timeframe: Teen to Harvest

Hello all

There are some killer teen og plants for sale at a local nursery and I'm debating on buying them. Before doing so I'm curious about how long it will take me to get these babies ready for harvest. Here is the link to the teens i want.

How long will it take? Should i go straight to 12 on and off when i get them if the plant is already 2ft tall? How much time am I saving by growing from teens instead of a clone?
 
well it will take a week or so to start flowering once you put them on 12/12. Since flowering is 9-10 weeks you'll be looking at least 10-12weeks if you don't veg or train them. Getting them as a teen will save you 4+ weeks of vegging.
 
Oz's reply was basically correct. You look at 9 to 10 weeks flowering on many strains, unless it's a sativa with a 12 to 16 week flow period. So check strain stats first. Go 12/12 right off the bat if they are two foot tall already. May your green rewards be plentiful my friend.
 
Haven't been here for a long minute with all my gardening chores and dealing with real life stuff. Anybody got any good green news? Please forgive my not posting any of my own green ventures, as I live behind the prohibitive iron/green curtain in the sunshine state, so I tend to be overly cautious in any electronic communications.

There was a couple of questions that I wanted to ask you fellow green thumbs, if I could only remember what they were. Must be part-timers as I'm an old hippie. Maybe I just need to take my natural medicine! I'm an old hand at out-door guerilla-growing, just trying to get schooled and up to speed on the inside gig from you more experienced hands at this.

Does anyone have experience with obtaining and growing the high THC strains at the BC seed banks, like those in the high thirties to the fifty percent range? Some of their prices are outrageous, except for a few specials, but I've never dealt with them. Down here some of their 40% strain is available, but it's over $400 a z, compared to $200 for Cali /Mich. recreational/medicinals in the mid 20s.
 
Thank you all for your professional experienced help. I'm barely getting started on things but I will document as I go along. I just ordered a 600w viparspectra led and a 3x3 tent. How many teens should i put in there under the light without overcrowding my space?
