Thank you SoOrbudgal. Thats a compliment coming from someone who can grow plants thru shitty weather and forest fires! lol I really think anybody can grow great plants, but you have to find a grow that suits you and learn how to use it. Weather it be Soil,coco,Hydro, pick one and study it. Trial and error is the best way to learn. I have tried both soil and coco, prefer coco indoors and soil with natural fertilizers outdoors(less work for me). I know what i can comfortably grow in my tent(space, lights,fans,filter system, so i LST my plants to fit this environment) Lately im seeing an overload of posters that just jump in the deep end then ask why their grow is struggling. FFS, do some reading people! Also getting tired of one the members regurgitating the same reply, post after post..yet i havent seen a pic of any of his grows...ever. I'll post some pics when i harvest the big bud gals.

Your plants look good, but aren’t you concerned that they are too close to the light based on how the leaf tips are curling upward? You obviously know what your doing, I am asking for my own education!

Hey RetiredGuy, fair question and if the plants were in any other stage of growth I would be concerned. All of these girls are ready for harvest..like now! Im just putting off trim jail as long as i can lol. Soo, lights are full blast and buds are just beginning to foxtail.

It looks like you remove all of the fan leaves. Do you do that at a set time?

yes and no. i do remove alot of the big fan leaves and any leaves if they are blocking any light from reaching the lower buds. i do it before the flip and then week 3 or 4 of flower if they are in the way. idk if im doing it the right ways but it helps with the room. i also do it any time i see it needed. after about week 4 or 5 i dont think i need to do it at all anymore. but i get a scraggler every now and then.

Happy New year GWE! Harvested two ladies last week. Cinderella 99 and Black Amnesia Haze. Trim jail wasnt too bad..chopped most of the lower growth during veg/early flower. Still took a couple of evenings though ffs. Dried and jarred, 8.7 ounces between the two. Strawberry Banana and a Auto Banana Kush still to come. Some amber but not there yet. Not gonna hit 1lb this grow. Unless the banana Kush auto can really preform at harvest. Fingers crossed!
