well on I have to say on my part not being able to move around alot promotes buying stuff, going overboard on things we can do ..I follow the if you needs 4 plant 6 and pick the best 4 , Ive been having family members asking for plants so they all will be gone
How nicely organised your seeds are! That is a tidy amount of plants you have on the way.
Are you ever tempted to help your helmet heads? I had 1 that i helped, then couldn't escape her 'embryo sack' , cotelydons got nipped at the end, but I did help her escape after a week of struggle to finally flourish. Happy growing Season , I will follow you if you don't mind. :big-smile:
Damn man that's a few seeds you popped 😳 i thought my house was gonna stink with my measly 18 plants. You're not going to be able to get into your basement
LOL way to grow and help your buddies out oldjarhead100. I give away my extras why not. Clones at the dispensary are going for $15 for 3nodes size and over $100 i shit you not. I go and look around ask and " Oh these are so special a highly rare strain" shit............i cut so many clones for friends i'd gladly share.
I had the opportunity to get some free 4'x8'x2" sheets of foam insulation last year. Was able to insulate the outside of interior walls while growing. I insulated the concrete wall inside the room between grows. Early on in current grow with outdoor temps well bellow freezing I noticed a small stream of liquid running down that wall. What I found was the cold concrete covered by the insulation created a condition where condensation was able to build up then run down wall. Knowing this would be a good environment for mold growth I removed all insulation from the concrete wall. Since the floor should not be as cold as the air outside in winter you maybe good to go but I suggest checking under it once grow is done if for no other reason than piece the of mind that you wont have a problem in the future.
I had some dos si dos 33 that happened to recently, I had to help her. Got it off but she died from it I guess. So I popped another one. She also had issues. I helped her 'escape' too. She is fine and alive.
Really grinds my gears when that happens.
Yess much needed peace and quiet area. Grow the herbs, smoke the herbs, discuss the herbs, trim the herbs. And odd electronics repair haha It's turned out to be a great room, better than being filled with misc junk.
Had that with two of three that I popped back last month. Not enough soak time so they wore the seed shells. One plucked off no issues. other two left the inner membrane, with some time and some misting with water, they too peeled off but damaged the first set of leaves. They recovered, but are both clearly smaller than the one that didn't get damaged.
I spray em with a little neem n water and it softens the skin enough for them to get it off. Water alone will work most of the time but with the oil it seems better
