Yeah it’s nice weed, very pungent and fruity smelling! The bag seeds are either more fat banana or critical. Ive got a question too. I’ve never grown bag seed before - with them being from female seeds/plants can these still be males once I flip?

I really don’t now buddy.
In my ten years of growing, never tried bag seeds.
So it’s a little hard for me to answer that .

I have critical for the next grow I got for free.

I guess I’ll find out in a few weeks lol. Just waiting for the small pots to catch up so I can flip. Critical is pretty decent, big yield and huge hard colas

If i didn’t get them for free I would never grow them. But I have 5 critical and 2 critical kush (from last grow) and 1 fat banana left. So instead of buying new seeds, I can grow these and wait a little longer before I buy again.

Last grow was crítica kush and I was really excited over how the yield was on these. And was told the same about the “normal” critical.

I’m buying 20 cookies gelato next time

I have always grown from feminized seeds. I have had seeds from them a few times. I have grown some of them. Always female. Have a great grow !!

Well it’s been a while since I’ve done a full update, so here we go.

First off- I have been experimenting with nutrients. Organic sand Synthetic and focusing on a good base nute with a strong bloom booster.

Ive got an Alaskan Purple auto that’s in week 9 and still going. She’s caused me a lot of issues, or rather I caused her to have a lot of issues. Ph was off a bit at first but got it corrected. Still getting these brown spots on leaves and yellowing. Luckily, it hasn’t affected bud growth. She’s been all organic aside from one dose of the Flower Fuel bloom booster. This stuff is INSANE. You know you’ve got a good bloom supplement when the lower “larfy” stuff is actually turning into golf balls.

In the same tent as AP1 is the first photo I’ve grown in a while. She’s a White Widow Seedsman freebie in week 4 of flower. She’s been 100% synthetic nutrients and healthy as can be. I decided to give the Miracle Grow Organic soil a try for this plant. I’m hoping she bills up bc so far these buds are little baby’s.

My actual closet has been taken over due to my anxiousness. I planted a few too many seeds and didn’t have room for These next three in the 2x2 tent. My gracious, pregnant, red-headed wife has been so kind to let me use up 80% of the closet. 😇😅

oldjarhead100 (you mentioned you were interested in this seed) To start off, is my proudest grow (plant) yet. A seed that I got off the last Alaskan Purple auto I grew was planted for fun, just to see what happened. Well this thing turned out to be a an absolute beast! She’s younger than all the rest and doing extremely well. I’ll have at least 6 main colas of good hefty stems. She just got into flower and is eating up the organic “Incredible Bulk” bloom booster. Can’t wait to see how this one turns out. I experimented with super cropping since she was growing so well. First time doing it on an auto.

The next two plants turned out to be a big bust so far. I’m real bummed that they are so short. One is an OG Kush Auto from Dinafem and the other is a Bubblegum auto from 00 Seeds. They’re 3 days apart in age. The OG Kush has issues early on. My 4 year old accidentally knocked over the solo cup and damaged the roots. I’m shocked she rebounded. She looks extremely healthy (all organic) but hasn’t grown verticals much at all. I’ll be lucky to get 7 grams out of it. The Bubblegum smells nothing like bubblegum yet, but is really packing on some trichomes. She is super short as well at 4 months old. Fingers crossed these two get some crazy random stretch mid flower lol. If you made it this far, I’m sorry for the long winded description! Hope you enjoyed. 😎💚🌱

growing is an adventure to be sure. Every grow has its ups and downs. just not with ph hopefully. great post. Glad to see many others experimenting. Two thumbs up Greenlivin.

Thanks John. Always trying to get more efficient. With all the products out there it can be really overwhelming. I recently came across a lesson on YouTube. It was on plant biology for growing weed, and understanding what a plant needs at specific times, and the importance of even the slightest imbalance of nutrients. It opened my eyes to how much we can really dial in growing to maximize a strain’s potential.

MY FIRST MAINLINE: I mainlined eight plants and this is the best-looking one, Hulkberry:

I broke off a main on three of the plants, so had to start over again (Reserva Privada, Kosher Kush:

Not so easy to do in leca clay. I was thinking that if I stay with this method, I'd put a bunch of rooters around the top of the pot, on top of the leca so I'll have something to anchor my training wire. The breakage was caused by not being able to point the training wire straight down.

Live and learn! It's fun, and once they get going, they do grow fast!!

the third picture looks like nice tight nodes buds look great I cant wait to drop my Alaskan purple auto seeds , Any chance you have a link or title for the you tube video always up for a good read

You should follow my grow diary on here :)
Have 9 plants I’m making mainline on, its a lot of work with so many plants 😅.

Looks good !!
