Time to show your grow.

I didnt think they were subpar kingfish, just though yours were denser in the middle. There is still time i guess..they could surprise me and super bulk in the last few weeks!

I noticed a big change in bud density switching from a plurple to a QB 3500K with IR red strip added as well as upping the watts per sq ft. When I figure out how to have more growing space adding a cmh(LEC) to the grow is very interesting. With the right bulb they claim it mimics 92% of the full sun spectrum. Intensity is another thing.
I have the opportunity to have 43w per sq ft my next grow. This is like a big lab with everyone in the forum. Awesome place to learn.

I notice on the 3rd pic, there’s some cupping of the fan blades. That happened on my last grow, around the same point in flower. Any sense of a cause? It never seemed to impact my grow.

It could be slight wind burn or even a little light stress s62 . The reason i say wind burn is because it's worse on the plant in the corner next to the clip on fan for airflow in the tent. But, this is a first grow with a new light so i've also been testing light distances so that could be causing some of the leaves to cup. It's not horrible, the plants are healthy and buds are looking good so i havent worried about it. I just keep an eye and if i notice it getting worse i raise the light and turn the airflow fan off for a while.

This is my first grow with lec and i like it. Bud sites are closer together, tons of trichs. Im not using a red spectrum bulb either, just the 4200k.

I’ve had very good results with the 315LEC if you find yourself looking for a bulb, check out the Phillips master color ?? Something.. D.A.A.S.69 told me about it and it makes a difference in the spectrum intensity... you can actually see it visually yourself when you make the switch. The plant development ‘SEEMED’ fuller in the lower middle region but that sucker was around $80.00 -$90.00 if I remember correctly

Yes Farmall,
That's what the owner of our local grow shop says, use the Phillips bulb as it's the best. Says he grows 30 to 40 plants at a time using the LECs.

Day 45, autos in a 2x2tent, with an HLG100 V2, doing fine so for, no heat, uses very little electwisity, lol
The flowers are gonna be much more dense, harder ,come harvest time, than I thought they would.
They smell nice.

sorry, I didn't get them all in the pictures. I was peeking in the top of the tent, and didn't notice it .

Fantastic pic! I can’t tell if the trich is getting purple liquid inside, or if the purple plant cells are growing into it.

Thanks mcubed476, s62, and MrFurley, for the nice words.
That colored one, was supposed to be a CrystalCandy, from SweetSeeds, nice surprise, she's way ahead of them others.

Farmall damn, that is a great picture, best picture I ever seen.
Mine are just now getting trichs, except for the purple one, she showed pistils on day 15, I think, and she's got way more than the others,
I didn't know it was gonna be purple, supposed to be CrystalCandy, they look in like they might be some nice size, in another month or so,

Thank you both....

D.A.A.S.69 I say that because this is one of Paul’s seeds. I am getting rather confused trying to make a few studies of strains and varieties and it’s getting to the point where dna testing would be the only effective measurement and far beyond anything I could do without a killer lab..( haha) . There just seems to be no rhyme or reason aside from several standards like Kush, Haze and several others The rest are going far beyond hybrids. I love Toker1 naming his cross “widowbanger”

YYCannabis I’d like to know the processes involved in the development of this color in trichomes. From my previous ‘investigations’ it’s not plant cell coloration but a purple color in the trich itself. Having had fully green and ripe flower show this same characteristic, it seems like it would be a signal molecule as part of this plants maturation. The crazy part is that it could be saying it’s still developing or decomposing. Kind of like amber indicating degradation of THC. While I don’t think it’s degrading as the overall health of the plant is excellent....it’s beyond me and I will try to find an answer

Again, thanks for the compliments...

Farmall You mean Philips Master Color Blue Spectrum? I have that. I'm still getting used to it so i could be doing something wrong but it's the buds in the lower middle that i'm worried about. They are lacking but the tops are good. I notice the nodes are way closer together than on HPS so maybe i need to defoliate differently next time. We'll see how it fattens up. Still got about a month to go. It's a damn good light. I'm just new to it and trying to figure it out vs MH/HPS.

This is such a great picture! My trichomes on my purple Crystal METH also had purple stalks (though a little lighter and more magenta). Wasn’t sure what it meant, if anything.
