The dreaded “anti-climax”. Given the things you been through, you are well prepared to deal with all of it... I’m betting you will easily exceed your current yield. I read your posts and your progress and in our private discussions I know you are not willing to simply settle for anything less than the max. I'm always busy in the garden. Whether its herb, herbs, veggies or flowers I love growing. It's a peace of mind no one can take away. So these lovely ladies are a cross of Gold Lemon I got from Gold Leaf in Colorado 2 years ago. A single seed has given me 2 years of clones and seed crossed with sour diesel, kush and soon to be gold nugget. This is my first flowering of my own crossing. I'm excited to say the least. Looking for the best of the best here and I mean quality. For size reference the air pots are 3 gal. The light is currently 600 watt Metal Halide. Switching to 12/12 and 600 watt HPS in the morning.

I am kind of hoping I am wrong and one of these are male. I culled them based on opinion and general knowledge. The bushy one pictured by itself has my hopes up it will produce quality and be the phenotype I stabilize. Its covered in preflower and showed hairs very early
 
Your first attempt was beyond excellent. I grew weed for 3 years before I even understood flowering. Amazing and I have followed this a bit and you have definitely made me auto curious.
 
YYCannabis WoW a most fantastic quality and quantity I would be thrilled to have that on a normal photo plant ( have done that :bashful: outdoor) but autos i'm am so impressed. I just want 2-3oz off one auto would be my goal right now. Just a great job:cool:
 
These are great to be able to see what it looks like. I could see how a new grower might think it’s a mass of thc and not realize it’s mold.
 
JohnEmad There were four of these to start. But one plant, “Runty”, was always sickly and yielded just 20 grams. If she would have developed on par with the other three, 1lb might have been possible.

Farmall I’m certainly going to acknowledge that beginners luck is the biggest part of it. I have one more seed of that strain. I’m thinking of planting it in the spring and see if I get the same results now that I’m a little more experienced.
 
I’m gobsmacked with the returns. 255g (9 oz)in jars and another 110g trims/amputations for butter. That was two plants. There is one more to get trimmed. 😎
 
How long to you believe it takes for that Blue pH pen to produce its final reading.... I just got one...it starts out around 8.6 and takes at least 30-40 seconds to stabilize.... sound right?
 
Mines not quite that long but at least a good 15 seconds on the first dip. After that each dip seems to happen in a second. I think it’s the brain box getting an accurate temp reading to calculate an accurate pH. I notice my temp reading takes a while to stabilize so I’m assuming it’s the thermometer holding up the speed.
 
The plant in reveg is the very last living clone from that mother plant. Or more like clone from a clone from the mother plant. I was going to let that be the end of it but this line has consistently proved itself. So I am doing one more cycle. Or 2.
 
After reading your comment I had to go check it.... it took 16 seconds to go from 8.4 to 6.6..... re-calibrated it... second try after re-starting from off position, about the same thing. Just seems so long when you’re hunched over, waving the pen in the bucket of water
 
your plants look really healthy and strong. I too am a gardener and chicken keeper. I love both. Getting my hands in the soil, working with nature....I think that this is what is missing in so many peoples lives, that contact with life. anyway, nice grow!
 
It is.... it’s the exact same pen.... but it always seems to take a long time to show that stabile PH reading.. my tap water is 8.4 so I experiment to see how much Earth Juice or lemon juice I need to bring it to 6.4 to 6.6.... as I dip into the water, it starts dropping .1 or .2 but when it’s getting close to it’s final reading, it slows, takes another 7-10 seconds before I’m sure it’s not going to fluctuate. I’m just making sure that with all of the care I try to provide it, is working correctly and that spending $150.00 for it and the storage solution versus the $7.00 one I used all the time...and reads pH in about 4 seconds, is really worth it. I’ve never had to address wild pH problems. However, I monitor it frequently. A side by side calibration of both and a measurement, did give the same pH measurement so there has always be a question in the back of my head. Ultimately, wondering if they all seem to work the same way. The only other pH management I’d ever used were the drops and that color chart.
 
My comment about the display location was directed towards the manufacturers of the pen. The display placement could be better for when looking down into a black pail with a giant bushy plant blocking the light. 😊

I still think it’s the thermometer that is slowing the reading. I did use a couple of cheap pen testers but the damn batteries would die after a few days. Decided to spend the money in the Blue pen and haven’t regretted it yet.

When I was a fish monger I tried those reagent strips but always had a tough time reading the subtle color differences.
