Transplanted my baby girl two days ago and she is very happy. She has grown about a half inch in 2 days. Can I manifold today?

I tend not to make the first top until there are at least six nodes. You need to be able to LST (low stress training) the resulting shoots at the node you top so having them long enough to pin down (1.5" -> 2") helps.
