Time to harvest? Outdoor grow

Growing 2 plants in soil pots outdoors in nor cal. They are about 8 weeks into flowering. Have been growing them very minimalistic, no nutrients since mid April.
I was wondering whether one of the two pants was ready to be harvested(possibly the other one soon after due to weather, it just started raining in our area).
Please see pictures below and let me know if you think it’s time, or not. Thank you anyone in advance🙏🏼
